Exchange Extension For Weddings
If you have an upcoming wedding, don't worry! Your exchange window is extended to 90 days from your wedding date. We just ask for some sort of proof such as a wedding invitation, itinerary, etc. showing the date.

** For our international customers, we're not able to generate return labels but we can reimburse up to $15 in return shipping costs on your first exchange, we just ask for a postage receipt.

All orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 3pm EST

US & Canada rings ship for free via USPS Ground Advantage® w/ Tracking. For US customers, if you need your ring faster than this, we have a UPS Next Day® options available at checkout that can deliver in one business day. For Canadian customers, the normal transit time is 1-3 days but may be slightly longer depending on Canadian customs. 

International orders are shipped free via USPS First Class International®. The estimated transit time for these shipments is 1-3 weeks depending on the destination country. If you need your order faster than this, we have expedited options available at checkout.

Ring sizers are shipped free using USPS Ground Advantage® w/ Tracking with tracking and normally take 1-3 days to arrive.

*Our business days are Monday through Friday and our daily shipping cutoff is 3pm US Eastern Time. If your order is placed inside our normal business hours, we will process and ship your order the same day. If your order is placed outside of our normal business hours, we will process and ship your order the next business day. Please note, weekends and/or holidays where FedEx/USPS are closed are not considered business days.

**For customers shipping to an APO, FPO, or PO Box, we are unable to ship via FedEx and your order will default to USPS which normally takes 1-3 days to arrive. Certain remote APO/FPO addresses may take longer. 

Q: What if I don't know my size?
A: Select the "don't know, send sizer first" option in the size dropdown. We'll ship you a physical sizer the same business day (if ordered by 3pm EST). Once you receive it, let us know the size you'd like and we will ship your ring the following business day via USPS Ground Advantage.

Q: I don't know my size but I'm in a rush and can't wait on a physical sizer.
A: No problem! We have an easy to use ring size guide available here that you can print right from home. 

Q: What if I order the wrong size?
A: We offer free size exchanges up to 90 days from your order date or 90 days from the date of your wedding, whichever was most recent. This process is quick and easy- We even provide a FREE prepaid return label. 

Q: What if I don't like my ring once I get it?
A: We offer a super easy return policy. Simply return your undamaged ring within 30 days for a full refund or 90 days for an exchange. We even cover shipping both ways!

Q: What if I can't find the style that I want? 
A: Visit our contact page to send us your request and we will do our best to find a style that fits your needs. 

Q: My wedding is soon and I need it ASAP. Can you help?!
A: If your size is showing in-stock, we can have your ring delivered to your door as soon as the next business day. Just select the overnight option at checkout. Click here to read our full shipping policy.

Q: Can your rings be resized?
A: Due to the hardness rating on our rings, they can not be stretched and resized like softer metals but we do offer free size exchanges for up to 90 days. 

Q: Do your rings come with a replacement warranty?
