90 Day Free Size Exchanges

We provide a complimentary size exchange within 90 days of your original purchase. The exchange will NOT count against your 2X Lifetime Replacements. To qualify for a return or exchange, all rings must be in pristine, unused condition, suitable for resale. Please note that we may apply a damage fee if rings are returned with significant scratches or signs of wear.

*If you are past the 90 days you can use one of your two lifetime replacements to receive a new size (see below).

2X Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

Life is complicated. Our warranty policy is not.

We’ll replace your ring 2 times FREE.

That means damage, loss, theft, or any other crazy stuff you get into will not affect you owning an awesome wedding band.

Engraving Policy

  • Processing Time: It will add 1-3 days to your order before it's shipped.
  • Size Exchanges: You can process a free size exchange within 90 days of your original purchase, but if you want it to be engraved again you will need to purchase a second engraving. This applies whether you paid for the engraving our got it for free. 
  • How does engraving affect the 2X Lifetime Guarantee?: The policy applies to the ring, but not to the engraving service. At the time of redeeming one of your replacements you will have the option to pay for the engraving service. 
  • Can I return an engraved ring for a refund?: If you return an engraved ring within 30 days of your original purchase, you'll receive a full refund for the ring's purchase price, but the engraving fee is non-refundable.
    • What if I got a free engraving?: Periodically we'll offer free engraving promotions. During these specials, please be aware that if you return an engraved ring for a refund, a $35 restocking fee will be applied.

Refund Policy

Our return policy couldn't be simpler. Just send back your ring through our Evergreen Portal within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. We even cover the return shipping! To qualify for a return or exchange, all rings must be in pristine, unused condition, suitable for resale. Please note that we may apply a damage fee if rings are returned with significant scratches or signs of wear.

*Please note if you initiate an exchange of any kind within 30 days of your purchase a $35 handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

How do I return my ring for a refund?

To start the process of returning your ring for a refund, click the button below to access the Evergreen portal. Please note we only offer returns if we receive the ring at our warehouse within 30 days of your original purchase.
