*Please note if you are within the first 30 days of your purchase and are needing to exchange for a different size, we require your original ring to be sent back to us. We pay for shipping, and all the details are further explained on the Evergreen portal. 

How do I return my ring for a refund?

To start the process of returning your ring for a refund, click on the link above to go to our Evergreen portal. Please note we only offer returns if we receive the ring at our warehouse within 30 days of your original purchase.

All orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 3pm EST

US & Canada rings ship for free via USPS Ground Advantage® w/ Tracking. For US customers, if you need your ring faster than this, we have a UPS Next Day® options available at checkout that can deliver in one business day. For Canadian customers, the normal transit time is 1-3 days but may be slightly longer depending on Canadian customs. 

International orders are shipped free via USPS First Class International®. The estimated transit time for these shipments is 1-3 weeks depending on the destination country. If you need your order faster than this, we have expedited options available at checkout.

Ring sizers are shipped free using USPS Ground Advantage® w/ Tracking with tracking and normally take 1-3 days to arrive.

*Our business days are Monday through Friday and our daily shipping cutoff is 3pm US Eastern Time. If your order is placed inside our normal business hours, we will process and ship your order the same day. If your order is placed outside of our normal business hours, we will process and ship your order the next business day. Please note, weekends and/or holidays where FedEx/USPS are closed are not considered business days.

**For customers shipping to an APO, FPO, or PO Box, we are unable to ship via FedEx and your order will default to USPS which normally takes 1-3 days to arrive. Certain remote APO/FPO addresses may take longer. 

Q: What if I don't know my size?
A: You can choose "I'm not sure" below the Select Size Option on the product page, take a guess and we'll include a free ring sizer with your order. We have free size exchanges so we'll get you the right size!

Q: I don't know my size, and I'm in a rush and can't wait on a physical sizer.
A: No problem! We have an easy to use ring size guide available here that you can print right from home.

Q: Can your rings be resized?
A: Due to the hardness rating on our rings, they can not be stretched and resized like softer metals but our Evergreen Policy sets the standard for ring warranty policies.
