US & Canada rings ship for $8 via USPS Ground Advantage® w/ Tracking. For US customers, if you need your ring faster than this, we have a UPS Next Day® option available at checkout that can deliver in as fast as one business day. For Canadian customers, the normal transit time is 5-7 days, but it may be slightly longer depending on Canadian customs.
International orders are shipped $8 via USPS First Class International®. The estimated transit time for these shipments is 1-3 weeks, depending on the destination country. If you need your order faster than this, we have expedited options available at checkout.
Exchanges: Don't worry, you get one free size exchange with all of our silicone ring packs.
Returns: Our return policy couldn't be simpler. Just send back your silicone ring pack through our Evergreen Portal within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. We even cover the return shipping!

I ordered these for my husband who has health issues that make it difficult for him to wear most rings including his wedding ring. He kept apologizing for not wearing it. I thought, well, let’s try these.
I ordered size 11 but it was still not big enough for him to be comfortable. I asked about exchanging them for a size 12. Let me tell you, they provide the BEST customer service. I was almost immediately sent a prepaid return label and they sent the rings out the same day. I mailed them back 4 days later and the new rings arrived the same.
I would totally and completely order from them again the future!!! ❤️😘
