Please read details below about engraved rings:

• Processing Time: It will add 1-3 business days to your order before it's shipped. 
• Size Exchanges: You can still process a free size exchange within 90 days of your original purchase, but if you want it to be engraved again, you will need to purchase a second engraving. This applies whether you paid for the engraving our got it for free. 
• How does engraving affect the 2X Lifetime Guarantee?: The policy applies to the ring, but not to the engraving service. At the time of redeeming one of your replacements, you will have the option to pay for the engraving service. 
• Can I return an engraved ring for a refund?: If you return an engraved ring within 30 days of your original purchase, you'll receive a full refund for the ring's purchase price, but the engraving fee is non-refundable.

All in-stock orders should be shipped the same business day from Walnut Creek, California, if placed before 3 pm PCT

US & Canada rings ship for $8 via USPS Ground Advantage® w/ Tracking. For US customers, if you need your ring faster than this, we have a UPS Next Day® option available at checkout that can deliver in as fast as one business day. For Canadian customers, the normal transit time is 5-7 days, but it may be slightly longer depending on Canadian customs. 

International orders are shipped $8 via USPS First Class International®. The estimated transit time for these shipments is 1-3 weeks, depending on the destination country. If you need your order faster than this, we have expedited options available at checkout.

Exchanges:

We provide a complimentary size exchange within 90 days of your original purchase. A $5 handling fee will be applied to each exchange.
