Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped the same business day from Walnut Creek, California, if placed before 2 p.m. PST

Notice: July 3rd orders will be processed on the following Monday due to the Holiday

US & Canada rings ship for $8 via USPS Ground Advantage® w/ Tracking. For US customers, if you need your ring faster than this, we have a UPS Next Day® option available at checkout that can deliver in as fast as one business day. For Canadian customers, the normal transit time is 5-7 days, but it may be slightly longer depending on Canadian customs. 

International orders are shipped for $8 via USPS First Class International®. The estimated transit time for these shipments is 1-3 weeks, depending on the destination country. If you need your order faster than this, we have expedited options available at checkout.

Ring sizers are shipped for $8 using USPS Ground Advantage® w/ Tracking with tracking and normally take 2-3 days to arrive.

*Our business days are Monday through Friday, and our daily shipping cutoff is 2 pm US Pacific Time. If your order is placed outside of our normal business hours, we will process and ship your order the next business day. Please note that weekends and/or holidays where UPS/USPS are closed are not considered business days.
