Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped the same business day from Dallas, Texas if placed before 2pm CST

US & Canada rings ship for free via USPS Ground Advantage® w/ Tracking. For US customers, if you need your ring faster than this, we have a UPS Next Day® options available at checkout that can deliver in as fast as one business day. For Canadian customers, the normal transit time is 5-7 days but may be slightly longer depending on Canadian customs. 

International orders are shipped free via USPS First Class International®. The estimated transit time for these shipments is 1-3 weeks depending on the destination country. If you need your order faster than this, we have expedited options available at checkout.

Ring sizers are shipped free using USPS Ground Advantage® w/ Tracking with tracking and normally take 2-3 days to arrive.

*Our business days are Monday through Friday and our daily shipping cutoff is 3pm US Eastern Time. If your order is placed inside our normal business hours, we will process and ship your order the same day. If your order is placed outside of our normal business hours, we will process and ship your order the next business day. Please note, weekends and/or holidays where UPS/USPS are closed are not considered business days.
