I know you're probably overwhelmed with all of the COVID-19 talk lately but I wanted to take a minute and update our customers about how this pandemic is affecting our business. The wedding industry has been devastated by new social distancing restrictions and we know there is a chance you had to reschedule your own wedding because of this.
The good news is that so far, Alpine Rings has been largely unaffected. We remain open during business hours to answer any questions you may have and we continue to ship all orders within one business day. As long as the postal system is able to keep up, we don't expect any changes to our shipping times or policies. Of course the situation is fluid, so any updates will be posted here if needed. The USPS has experienced delays due to Covid-19 and this is affecting our shipments. All orders placed with us are shipped using either First Class or Priority Mail which are both normally guaranteed for a 1-3 day delivery within the US.
Today, the postal service issued a delay advisory which adds one day to these premium shipping tiers. Not all packages are affected, but many customers are experiencing four day deliveries as a result of this temporary delay.
As the founder of Alpine Rings, I have always made fast shipping the number one priority for my business. Today's customers expect quick service and I look forward to the Postal Service returning to full capacity. As soon as that happens, I will update this page.

Complimentary shipping class upgrades are available on a case by case basis but must be pre-approved before placing your order.
