Technology is great and we use it quite a bit at Alpine Rings to make sure our business runs smoothly and efficiently, but one area you won't find it here is in our customer relations. We're old school when it comes to customer service. We answer our own phones and we respond to every e-mail within 24 hours. We know how aggravating it can be to deal with AI responses to your requests, or phones that are routed to call centers in other countries. We don't do that. If you call us, you will speak to Kyle, Sam, Eric or Scott. It's a family business and we want to talk to you and make sure your order is right.
