Amazing customer service. Amazing ring. From the prompt responses, to sending the sizer first, to sending both widths when I wasn’t certain which I would prefer, to agreeing to send the next size up once I chose, but then found it a bit tight, with a pre-paid return label. And to top it off, the free silicone ring for when I do not want to damage mine.I have already let many people know about your wonderful company and your wonderful rings. My fiance is in love with his ring so much so that he didn't want to give it back to me after trying it on to wait for our wedding to be able to wear it! We compromised and I let him have the silicone band that came free with my order to wear between now and our big day in 2 months. I had priced a very similar ring to this with another seller and it would have been double the cost. I am so glad I continued to research and found Alpine Rings! Not only is the ring stunning and unique to the eye, but it also is SO comfortable on your finger as well. It has a rounded quality to the edges rather than being squared off that is typical with a lot of wedding bands. The box that the ring arrived in is also beautiful, and was a complete surprise!
